William J. Griffitts

William J. Griffitts of Southampton, PA died peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Jefferson Health Hospice at Warminster.  He was 73.

Born in Elk City, OK Bill was the son of the late Beal Dean and Josephine Mummo Griffitts. He was predeceased by his wife of 19 years, Donna, in 1989.

Bill was a proud veteran of the United States Navy and he retired in 2012 from SEPTA as an HVAC Specialist. 

 Bill enjoyed going dancing, watching movies, and painting. He was an avid fan of car shows and enjoyed going with his son.

Bill is survived by his devoted son Brendan Griffitts and wife Rachel of Bethlehem, PA.  He is also survived by his brother Edward Griffitts, sisters Janet DeLuca, and Angela Bullock, numerous nieces and nephews and his longtime companion Novelle McFadden.

Bill’s family will receive friends on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 12 Noon until his Funeral Service 1:00PM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954.  His interment will be private.

In Lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
