Patricia Anne Murphy (Roken)

Patricia Anne Murphy died on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Abington Hospital-Jefferson Health, surrounded by her loving family. She was 63 years old.

Born and raised in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, PA, Patricia had moved to Bucks County to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Francis J. and Eleanor R. (Dougherty) Roken. She was preceded in death by her sister and brothers-in-law, Mary Ellen and Tom Schurtz and Frank Church and her beloved nephew Mark Baldwin.

Patricia had enjoyed relocating to a new area and building a new life. She was employed with Giant as a manager and found purpose in helping her co-workers and customers. In her spare time, she loved watching the Hallmark Channel, listening to Motown music and was a die-hard Eagles fan. Above all, she loved her family and time spent together was always filled with storytelling and laughter.

Patricia will be missed tremendously by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Rob Johnson; her beloved grandchildren, Bobby, Ella and James Francis; her devoted brothers and sisters, John Roken (Kathy Murphy), Anne Church, Fran Roken (Peggy), and Theresa Hiller (Bill). She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She will be remembered by her dear companion, Vince Primavera. She is also survived by Katie Murphy and Dennis Murphy Jr., and 4 additional grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass 10:30AM on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 3000 Cottman Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19149.  Her interment will be private.
