Martha Leah Fioravanti (Phillips)

Martha Leah Fioravanti of Richboro died peacefully and surrounded by her family on Monday, June 15, 2020 at home.  She was 90.

Martha was the loving wife of the late Emilio Fioravanti who died in 1969.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Leah Jon Phillips and sister of the late Phillip Phillips.

Martha lost her husband at a young age and took on the role of raising her children with courage and grace.  Family was the cornerstone of how she lived and she beamed with pride as her family grew over the years and she especially treasured time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was a devoted parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul Church in Richboro over over 30 years and also enjoyed ceramics, decoupage, and painting; all of which she was very talented in.  Over the years she had also enjoyed countless trips with her sister and her cousin, Mary, having visited destinations all over the world.

Martha is survived by her children, Sam Fioravanti (Sharon) of Huntingdon Valley, Robin Dougherty (James) of Richboro, and David Fioravanti (Lisa) of Langhorne; her sister, Lillian Skirdlant; her grandchildren, Carrie (Mike), Amy (Kevin), Fallyn, Dana, Jennifer (Greg), David, Nicholas and Sam Jr. (Stephanie); and her great-grandchildren, Jordan, Sydney, Tristan, Kahner, Hawklee, Avery, Sam III, Eryn, and CJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, June 19, 2020 from 10:30 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:30 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954 where current guidelines will be observed.  Her interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19116.
