Mildred Hemberger

Mildred Hemberger was born on March 17, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of Charles Hemberger and Mary Glaser Hemberger. She was preceded in death by her sisters Marie Hemberger, Dorothy Schillow, Ruth Siegfried, and Loretta McCorristin and her brothers, Carl Hemberger and Robert Hemberger. She is survived by her nieces and nephews Nancy McCorristin Hagan, Larry McCorristin, Robert Schillow, Ronald Schillow, Richard Hemberger, Jane Hemberger, Barbara Hemberger Clark, Jay Siegfried, Carl Siegfried, and Kenneth Siegfried and predeceased by niece Sue McCorristin Mandato and nephew Bill McCorristin. Mildred was a beloved sister and a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews, sharing with them her love of ice cream, the Jersey Shore (Ocean City), horseback riding, ice skating, great jokes, and travel, among many other activities. She will be missed. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Delware Valley Chapter, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
