Helen M. Bahmiller (Ring)
Helen M. Bahmiller of Bensalem died Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Attleboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Langhorne. She was 79.
Helen married the love of her life Karl G. Bahmiller during a major snow storm that brought over twelve inches of snow on February 4, 1961. They shared 59 years of wedded bliss.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Helen D. Phelan Ring.
Helen loved flowers and gardening. She spent lots of time tending to her many gardens, ornamental bushes & potted plants, both inside & outside of their home. Helen had a true green thumb that, unfortunately, none of her daughters inherited. She cherished the countless trips made to Beach Haven, Cape May & Sea Isle City to spend with family & friends. Helen also enjoyed traveling and times spent dining out over the years with family & friends. She always made sure that every holiday was special around a wonderful meal. She also valued the importance of gathering the family together for Sunday dinners. Helen absolutely LOVED her grandchildren & grand dogs which brought her much joy as they truly were the center of her life. Helen, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend was truly loved by so many, especially and will be greatly missed, by her husband, daughters, grandchildren, and friends.
In addition to her beloved husband Karl, Helen is survived by her children; Lynn M. Alexander and her husband David R. of Yardley, Beth Ann Damevski of Hatboro and Denise H. Tate and her husband Timothy F. of Cape May, NJ. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Andrew Ring and his wife Judith of Richboro, Thomas Ring and his wife Enes of Pemberton, NJ and her sister Alice Janzer of Langhorne. Helen is also survived by her 5 cherished grandchildren, Karlyn and her husband Michael, Nicholas, Christopher, Meghan and Alex.
Services and interment are presently being held privately due to the current situation affecting our Country. Please check back to this website for details regarding a Celebration of Life Memorial Mass to be held at a much safer date for everyone.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
