Anna Kwait (Lea)

Anna Kwait died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 13, 2020 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown. She was 83.

Anna was the beloved wife of 58 years to Robert J. Kwait.

Born in Philadelphia, PA Anna was the daughter of the late Percy and Anna Lea (Fenton).

Anna enjoyed researching family ancestry and times spent with friends and family in Ocean City, New Jersey.  She cherished her family and loved creating memorable moments with her children, grandchildren, and great grandson.  Anna will be greatly missed, but eternally loved by everyone who has had the honor to have been loved by her.

In addition to her husband, Robert, Anna is survived by her loving and devoted children: Robert F. Kwait and his wife Shirley of Southampton, PA, Thomas Kwait and his wife Eileen of Secane, PA, and Sheila Kwait of Holland.  She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: Michelle Piazza (Scott), Bobby Kwait, Captain Edward Kwait U.S. Army (Samantha), Christina Kwait, Amanda Kwait, Julianne Kwait, Thomas Kwait, Chelsea Dugan and a great grandson Weston Kwait.

Anna’s Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 9:30am until her Funeral Mass 11:00AM at St. Bede the Venerable Church 1071 Holland Rd. Holland, PA 18966.  Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
