Catarina "Katie" Gane

Catarina Grace "Katie" Gane, of Chalfont, died on Monday, October 7, 2019, at her residence. She was 17. Born in Abington, she was the loving daughter of Timothy L. and Tina M. Hatter Gane and maternal great granddaughter of the late Stanley W. Cassel. She was an amazing sister an even better friend! "Katie" was a resident of Chalfont for the past 4 years. She was a senior at Central Bucks West High School, she loved nature, music, was very artistic. Her dream was to perform with her favorite artist mac miller. She was very creative in her drawings, woodworking and ceramics. She always worked hard and tried to get good grades. When it came to giving advice she never let anyone down. She would have made an amazing therapist and person overall.

In addition to her parents Katie is survived by her 2 sisters; Madison Ida Osborne and her husband Joe and Ashley Nicole Gane. She is also survived by her Maternal grandparents: Michael and Ida Hatter, Paternal grandmother; Janet Gane and Maternal great grandmother: Theresa Cassel.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday October 11, from 9:00am until her Funeral Service, 11:00am, at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) in New Britain. Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery.
