Mary L. Uttley (Santicchia)

Mary Louise Santicchia Uttley, passed away September 8, 2019 at the age of 94. She was born November 2, 1924, in Fairbanks, PA. 

Mary was a devoted mother to Melva Vittoriano (Jay), Karen Polizos (Bill), and Michael Uttley (Bernadette), beloved grandmother to Brandon, Jarrett, Justin, John and Erica, and great-grandmother to Kayla, Logan, Mackenzie, and Isabella. 

Mary’s life was based on a strong commitment to her faith and family.  This enabled her to live a life of graced devotion, exemplified in her sharing, giving and sacrifice. She possessed a depth of love that nurtured and inspired family and friends alike. Mary will be missed deeply by all she touched, but our blessing and comfort is that her love endures in all our hearts and souls.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, September 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until a celebration of her life at 10:30 AM, with her Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM at the Olde Church of St. Andrew, 135 S. Sycamore St., Newtown, PA 18940. Her interment will follow at St. Andrew Cemetery, next to the church.
