Joan M. Fattorini (Dahlhausen)

Joan M. Fattorini of Southampton, PA died peacefully on Friday, November 17, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center. She was 74 years old.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Doris E. Rodenbaugh Dahlhausen.

Joan would stop at nothing to help her friends and family. She was a dedicated teacher to her students at Holland Elementary and could not imagine spending her summers anywhere else besides Ocean City, NJ. When not teaching you could find her reading, gardening or cheering on Penn State and Notre Dame.

Joan is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Marco Fattorini and Marissa McGee; her beloved granddaughter, Gwendolyn Fattorini; her brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Janeen Dahlhausen; her niece Paige Dahlhausen and nephew Bo Dahlhausen.

Family and friends are invited to attend Joan’s visitation on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 9:30am until the start of her funeral service, 11:00am, at St. John United Methodist Church, 820 Almshouse Rd. Ivyland, PA 18974. Joan’s interment will take place privately. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joan’s memory may be made to St. John United Methodist Church, at the address above or Holland Elementary, 597 Beverly Rd, Holland, PA 18966.
