Harold G. Osborne

Harold G. Osborne of Ocean City, NJ, formerly of Holland PA, died on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Osborne was a resident of Ocean City for the past 15 years.

Beloved husband of Beverly Mathers Osborne for 53 years, son of the late Harold and Helen MacLean Osborne, father of the late Michael D. Osborne and grandson of the late Elijah Bleu Osborne.

Hal was a graduate of Frankford High School and received his Bachelors degree in Business from Temple University.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Army, Hal always believed in giving to his community, he served 2 terms as President of the Council Rock School Board and as President of the Middle Bucks Vo-Technical School. He was also a Republican Committeeman.

Hal and his wife Beverly opened the doors of their home to family and friends, especially if they were in need. On many occasions they hosted individuals for as long as you could imagine.

In addition to his beloved wife Beverly, he is survived by his sons, Bob Osborne and his wife Carolyn, Rick Osborne, He is also survived by 6 dear grandchildren; Robert, Brittany, Noah, Ashlyn, Jonah and Bella.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Graveside Service on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:30am in Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Rd. Feasterville, PA 19053.

In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory and in remembrance of his late son Michael’s own cancer fight may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 555 North Lane, Suite 5010, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
