Patricia N. Vandergrift (Neill)

Patricia N. Vandergrift, of Warminster, PA died on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Gloria Dei Memory Care at the Park, Hatboro, PA. She was 81.

A life long resident of Bucks County Patricia was born in Davisville and has lived in Warminster for the past 50 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard M. Vandergrift, daughter of the late William and Margaret Somers Neill.

Patricia was a graduate of Upper Southampton-Warminster High School (now William Tennent High School). She worked for several years as a clerk for Bell Telephone Company and also as a Teacher’s aide at several preschools in the Warminster area.

Family was very important to Patricia, especially gatherings where she could show off her gardens and talk about her fighting Phillies. Patricia also enjoyed going to the Jersey shore and doing crossword puzzles. She will be sadly missed by her devoted and loving family.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Kimberly A. Vandergrift and her wife Melinda Clark, her son Paul R. Vandergrift and his partner Lisa Peer. Two sisters, Sue Juckniewitz and Rebecca Kausch. She is also survived by Four dear grandchildren; Renee Martin, Ricky Vandergrift, Seth and Casey Clark. Three great grandchildren; Chase and Dylaney Martin and Ava Carlos.

Patricia’s family will receive condolences on Thursday May 18, 2017 from 9:00 am until her Funeral Service 11:00 am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro. Interment Newtown Cemetery, Newtown. PA

In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St, Suite 102 Phila, PA 19106.
